Jeff Falk
Jeff Falk is the Director of Product Development for TMG. Jeff joined the company in 2002 after serving in technology and business leadership roles with Wells Fargo and Principal Financial Group. Prior to that he served as director of managed care and utilization review for a health care system. As Director of Product Development, Jeff is responsible for managing new products and services through a life cycle that starts with a concept or idea and ends with market launch and ramp-up. Typically, the Product Development team will manage a new product or service through an incubation period where the product design, the product market and/or the product financial models are still being refined. Once the incubation period is complete, the product or service is transitioned to a product owner who is responsible for the product's financial success and future growth. Currently, his team is managing the ATIRA Prepaid platform as the products that comprise it are transitioning from concept to ramp-up. Affectionately known as the "Idea Guy", Jeff has a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business. He also holds an MA in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine.
